This thorough 45 min Skype/Zoom video call begins with a discussion about your background, goals, and entrepreneurial aspirations.  The call then continues with a deep dive into the UPCS brand, value proposition, differentiators, and investment. As well as an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications of our franchise partners.

This informal and frank discussion allows both parties the opportunity to get to know each other better. It will also bring to light any potential concerns or barriers to success that might be lingering.  If both parties remain eager to continue in the process, you will review our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Along with an invitation to attend our “Meet the Team” Discovery Day at our centre in Yatala, QLD.

After the Executive Interview Call, we will set up a brief call to introduce you to the FDD.  This introduction will include an overview of the various elements of the FDD. As well as a brief conversation regarding commonly asked questions.  After the call you will receive digital copy of the FDD for you to review.

Meet Your Team Day begins the night before, as we gather for dinner with other UPCS franchise candidates for an informal meet-and-greet.  The following day you will spend time with the our team, visit our state-of-the-art training facility, and experience our fully equipped UPCS van.  After this content-packed day, the leadership team will meet and discuss which franchise candidates will be receiving an invitation for franchise ownership.
