The Ultra Pool Care Squad
With over 20 years in the pool and spa business, we’ve learned a thing or two about the these beloved backyard oases. All things considered, it is evident that while people love having a swimming pool, they don’t necessarily enjoy the work that comes with keeping the pool clean and healthy.
A History of Excellence
Now the world’s largest manufacturer of composite fibreglass swimming pools, Explore Industries began in Australia in 2000 with the goal of building a better pool to provide happiness and a lifetime of backyard memories for families and friends. During the next 20 years, Explore Industries developed a proprietary Composite Armour™ technology manufacturing process and gained recognition around the world for their premier quality standards. During that time, they worked with like-minded entrepreneurs who were on the Dealer and installation side of the pool industry to create an independent network of locations where customers could get the pool of their dreams. Together, Explore Industries and that network of Dealers and installers worked to create a backyard oasis for tens of thousands of families.
However, a disturbing trend started to emerge – pool owners often complained that the pool of their dreams turned out to be a hassle to maintain, a burden to service, and a source of constant frustration. Seeing that, we recognised these frustrations as a gap between the QUALITY of our pools and the REALITY of the customers not knowing how to operate and care for those pools once they were installed. Water balancing, pumps, skimmers, filters – it can be very overwhelming for some pool owners.
Instead, new pool owners need to be educated about their pools. Existing pool owners need to be saved from the work and time suck that comes with pool ownership. They all need to have their weekends rescued and be able to swim more and sweat less.
In short, that is the origin story of the Ultra Pool Care Squad. We are creating a group of Compassionate, Authentic, Reliable, Experts to CARE for pools and their people. In order to fulfil our mission, we provide pool owners with the highest quality care for their swimming pools & spas. Therefore, our professional pool experts go above and beyond to make sure the swimming pools & spas they service are clean, healthy, balanced, and inviting so families can enjoy worry-free backyard recreation.
